"Bitter! ...party of, One."

'New Texas Flag'
*One Amongst Many.
I was born and raised in Texas. I moved out of Texas two weeks after George Troubleyou Bush was inaugurated as the Governor, so dismayed was I at the outcome of the election in November, 1994. It took a gigantic amount of ignorance to walk into the voting booth and vote George W. Bush into office. Any office! What's in a name? For George W. Bush, everything. Much to my shock and horror, I heard quite a few people (young and old alike) tell me that they were voting for the Bush that was a former President of the United States (number forty-one). Really. And they believed it! And there were those that knew he was one of the sons, but believed the horrible lies that his campaign spread about Ann Richards (she was a lesbian; an alcoholic; an alcoholic atheist lesbian that was going to go to every home and take all guns away from the citizens and while doing so was going to give everyone an abortion, but first, she would raise taxes). If that kind of ignorance was rated on a scale of 1 to 10, it would receive a 200. It should come as no surprise to anyone that Texas ranks in the lower percentile for education.
Speaking of political campaigns, the only thing that "the iron triangle" did strategically well was take advantage of the ignorance of the voters. Too bad they didn't tap into the intelligence of the voters, instead. In carlWorld, that 1994 election in Texas will always be seen as the lowest of political lows. A dumbing down of the political process. And that "dumbing down" political strategy was used for each of George W. Bush's subsequent campaigns. The way of The Republican Party (it's more like a circus than a party).
Anyway, that was then, this is now. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Texas still ranks in the lower percentile for education. George W. Bush was the most wasteful President our country has had in its 233+ years. Circus Master for the Ignorant, indeed. Thank you, Texas. And thank those five outlaw activist judges in 2000. But keep this in mind, the next time Texas tries to give us another George Troubleyou Bush, say 'no thanks'. Note to Texas: Keep your mess in Texas, don't mess with the rest of us! The "lone star state" mentality is probably at the root of the problem. All Texans should travel out to west Texas on a clear night and look up. There is no such thing as a lone star. One amongst many. Many, many, many. Texas may be one of the biggest, but it is not the brightest.
In carlWorld, where I am King, this is the flag of Texas.!
