The victims of the NineElevenTerroristAttacks came from many, many different cultures. I do not think that Christians owns that day. There were Muslims, Jews and I would even venture to guess that there might have been one or two atheists that died on that day in September of 2001. Of the nearly 3000 people, there probably was a Wiccan and a Hindu among the victims, as well.

Suddenly, religion is being brought into the political spotlight in time for election season and the people of one religion are questioning the make-up of the core values of another people's religion. S. to make demands to know about Iran's nuclear program and yet the Israelis can keep their "program" secret. Very hypocritical! If Israel can choose ambiguity, than so shall Iran. And I say this knowing the delusional rantings that have come from the mouth of the Iranian President.

I realize my question will probably remain unanswered. The current Prime Minister of Israel is eager to drop bombs on Iran. I am surprised that anyone would endorse such an action, but politicians are obviously tools of war, for war. It is, after all, the politicians that vote to start wars and keep the wars going. We will not be able to start a peace process without having fairness on behalf of everyone, every state, every country in that region of our broken world. Again, I ask my questions. How many nuclear warheads does the State of Israel possess? What are the future capabilities of Israel's nuclear program? What other countries have aided the State of Israel with its nuclear program? Why is the State of Israel able to choose "nuclear ambiguity" and Iran cannot? I don't know who I expect to answer my questions, and I guess I don't care who it is, just as long as the answers are honest and accurate.

Capitalism is The Beast.

Every American now has The Mark of The Beast. The Beast is Capitalism and The Mark of The Beast is a "credit score". And we, as individuals, cannot do business in America without showing The Mark of The Beast. Whatever business transaction takes place today requires showing The Mark of The Beast and a lot of businesses require looking at an individual's Mark before hiring for a job. Judgment is what The Mark of The Beast is about, judging citizens so that the citizen can be placed in their proper category within the society and we find now that our "credit score" is a requirement, just as The Mark was in the days of antiquity. As the story goes, Jesus railed against "capitalism" of His time, throwing a tantrum and trying to cause a disruption in the system so that it would fail. Oh, where oh where is Jesus now? We sure could use His outrage to overthrow The Beast, and the sooner the better. Capitalism has become a monster of a Beast, almost too big to fail. But in my opinion, Capitalism is based on an ideology that is weak and frail because its basis is greed and fraud. Swapping, trading, and betting on "toxic assets" and bad debt is a really, really bad business philosophy, as is the outrageous salaries paid to corporate "executives".

And here we are today, Americans are nation building around the globe trying to make others be like us so that we can all live under the control of The Beast. One world order might work if it's not based on Capitalism. But the U. S. of A. is a Capitalistic society and we're trying to be the influence for the rest of the world's population because we are the high and mighty (self-imposed) superpower of the planet.

As I bring my thoughts to a close on this matter, I reiterate that we are now living with The Mark of The Beast. The Beast is Capitalism, and The Mark is our "credit score". The only way we can reverse our course and get rid of The Mark is to kill The Beast. And that is not totally out of the realm of possibility. I say, "Kill The Beast NOW!!!".

I recently posted some thoughts about Haiti. I would like to post more thoughts about Haiti. Why have the people of Haiti had to suffer so much? I'm not just talking about the earthquake that hit earlier this year, I'm talking about the suffering of the Haitians for many, many years. Only twelve percent of the country of Haiti has electricity. And yet, the Haitian President lives in a palace. I realize that the palace was basically destroyed by the earthquake, but there are plans to rebuild the palace bigger and better than it was. Maybe the President of Haiti should build something much more modest, for now, and when ALL of the people of Haiti have electricity and proper housing and Haiti has been reforested, then a new grand palace could be built for the presidential residence.

If ever there was a nation that needed help rebuilding itself, it is Haiti. And the time is now. Looking at the money that is being spent in Afghanistan and Iraq building and improving those two nations, why not Haiti? Haiti is in our front yard! We could bring some of our troops that are over there fighting those that are full of hate that don't really care about having our assistance and we could help the Haitians who would probably appreciate our help with rebuilding their nation. Actually, we could bring ALL of our troops home from Afghanistan and Iraq and not only save ourselves lots of money, but lots of lives too. I think after all these years that we have been over in Afghanistan and Iraq, those people only want our money and our military weaponry so that they can continue to fight their jihads killing each other and our military service personnel. Afghanistan is right back in the same condition now that is was in 2001. The Taliban have regained control in most parts of the country and they're back to their brutal ways of public stonings and executions of its citizens (mostly females). The more things change, the more they stay the same!

I think we should try a new approach to nation building and Haiti is the perfect place to start.

A few thoughts about a completely different subject, Haiti. The country of Haiti has been completely deforested with the exception of a very tiny parcel on the northern coast that is seen mostly by tourists coming ashore from cruise ships. Haiti could be mostly reforested with Paulownia trees. Paulownia trees are fast growing to a point of being able to be harvested for timber in as little as five years, although I'm not suggesting that they be harvested. Paulownia trees are a hardy, prolific species that will grow in a variety of soils. Of coarse, one of the reasons that Haiti was deforested in the first place was for firewood for bonfires to light the way at night because there is no electricity in alot of the country, so I guess that the electricity issue would have to be addressed first, and then the planting of the Pauloownia trees could begin. Anyway, these are some of my thoughts about Haiti and its deforestation problem.
